Who are we?
OUR STORY
Hello, my name is John Albert. Over the last ten years my one man machine shop has morphed into a one man knife shop. I make kitchen blades and some outdoor blades using the stock removal method. The blades are typically made from 52100 carbon steel and AEB-L stainless.
